“‘Culture’ is a core component of the terms ‘biculturalism’ and ‘multiculturalism’. What is culture?” (p.57)

It’s a good question, that’s all. She also writes: “The term ‘multiculturalism’ is used by its proponents to signify the social reality in this country. But does it? And do assertions about multiculturalism deny the political validity of biculturalism?” (p.57)
